@MichaelDunwort1 @lopp I’ve heard this argument a lot. My query to this would not be that this can’t happen but if there was a quant computer out there why go after BTC when you would be able to target virtually every sector out there that’s worth far more than the BTC market cap? Banking, Nuclear etc

New to Bitcoin? ‘Bitcoin Nation’ offers a comprehensive introduction to Bitcoin’s role in fixing economic and social systems. This book explains how Bitcoin can be a solution to issues like inflation and financial instability, making it more than just a currency.

@lopp Did Casa fire their DEI department yet?

@lopp Lol, total nonsense.

@lopp Ya but I don’t trust eth people

@lopp I dont think quantum computing can break the laws of the universe.

@lopp @lopp is a fking retard odinals/taproot wizard clown.🌹

@lopp LOL BTCers are so dumb.

@lopp Full video can be found here 👇 Great talk!

@lopp 1. BTC represents a small fraction of global wealth. So... legacy banking systems likely more at risk. 2. How is quantum computing capable or breaking the best cryptography even created, but not... every bank security in the world first.

To all the naysayers, what is the reason NOT to increase the security of #bitcoin? A lot can be done as a soft-fork initially. I don't see a downside. Sure it uses some more blockspace. What else? Do you really think politicians won't probe on this issue when it comes time to consider a national reserve? Do you think Gold bugs won't FUD the hell out of it?
