No, he didn’t. He described the issue with BTC, namely its volatility. What he wants as a solution is something indexed to inflation that moves with inflation but stably, without the volatility. Unlikely BTC ever becomes that.

Perfect example of why you can’t change a system from within. Those that have mastered & benefitted from it cannot fathom, nor do they want to, a system that is better & fixes the issues with the current system. Most breakthroughs in history have come from outside perspectives.

People claim USD is not volatile… not volatile compared to what? Other fiat currencies? Well obviously. But what if you compared USD to barrels of oil? Or shares of Tesla stock? General volatility does not exist, volatility only exists in relation to something else.
