It is unfortunate & despicable that BJP is targeting All India Trinamool Congress govt in Bengal by politicising incidents at Sandeshkhali. It’s a well orchestrated exercise before the Lok Sabha polls against the one CM who is standing up to them. Mamata Banerjee has already made it clear that there will be zero tolerance for crimes against women and there will be a thorough investigation. No party has done as much for women as TMC with welfare schemes and women’s representation. This is in stark contrast to the BJP’s silence during the women wrestlers protests and incidents of heinous assault in BJP ruled UP. 83 lakh women have benefitted from Bengal’s Kanyashree schemes. For BJP to call for Presidents Rule in Bengal clearly reveals its intent to destabilise a popular and delivery oriented government.

The Anger of BJP supporters on full display… Nagrakata, where BJP West Bengal leaders were beaten by slippers & their cars pelted with stones has a BJP MLA and it falls under Jalpaiguri District which has a BJP MP. So, it’s BJP supporters & workers who has never seen their leaders (post election result) venting their anger & frustration on their own leaders, who went to flood affected areas for a photo shoot. It’s time for Amit Malviya Samik Bhattacharya Suvendu Adhikari to Introspect as to why BJP leaders are beaten up by BJP supporters rather than crying like little girls and blaming TMC !
