#WATCH | On West Bengal CM Mamata Banerjee's "I will not resign, I did not lose" statement, Senior Advocate Mahesh Jethmalani says, "Mamata Banerjee is a politician who is desperate to cling on to power that she doesn't know how to leave gracefully. The result of her not leaving gracefully is that she will have to be dismissed in disgrace...It is not a constitutional crisis, it just puts Mamata Banerjee in a very poor light - poorer light than she has ever been before. Because now, after having a massive electoral verdict against her, she is deciding to interpret the electoral mandate on her own. It's not her job; it's a great insult to the people of West Bengal to do that, to pretend that she is indispensable and she could never have lost and she has lost for reasons which she is not able to establish.
