This video clip is of Khanapur BJP MLA Mr. Vittal Halgekar, during the function of Veer Bhoomi Inauguration of Rayanna at Nandgad khanapur, Karnataka recently just 2 days back when Honourable Chief Minister of Karnataka visited the place. There was lot of analysis done by media on the speech saying that, How can a Karnataka MLA speak in a government function in other language, rather than speaking in Kannada? Education, infrastructure, Health care, Business etc. The whole point for me here is not what language he is speaking. For me language is always a means of communication but the SAD part is he is not able to communicate also. He is an MLA representing two and half lakh people, he has certain responsibilities he couldn’t t speak infront of his own people, ministers and most important infront of the CM. He has got the blessings of the people to serve them, solve their problems but a person like him who cant even explain the problems to CM is he even worth to be an MLA.
