Andy Beshear of Kentucky is a possible 2028 presidential candidate since he is a Democratic governor of a ruby red state. Black Alpha Network asked him a question about what specific policies can be done for Black Americans (Freedmen). He asked him if he supported reparations. Listen to how Beshear completely avoids the question and then gets flustered and leaves when he is not allowed to dodge the topic. The Democrats are willing to protest on behalf of and offer specific policies for LGBTQ, illegal immigrants, Asian Americans, Jews, corporations, and other groups, but when it comes to Black Americans (Freedmen), unfortunately, their most loyal constituency, we get nothing. Beshear could have talked about how we could get policies based on our status as Freedmen, since you cannot do policies based on race, and those of us who have the lineage that makes us FBA/Freeedmen would be entitled to reparations, services from the Freedmen's Bureau, and more.

We have race-based caucuses, race-based programs, race-based holidays, race-based activism, and race-based grievance politics. And somehow we’re supposed to believe this makes us less divided. The answer to racism isn’t more racial categories. It’s teaching every American that our history belongs to all of us. Stop dividing us into tribes. Stop treating race as the most important thing about a person. And start celebrating what actually matters: We’re all Americans first.

The American Bar Association openly supports deciding who gets into law school based on race, not academics The ABA President is asked to defend law school admissions based on race and she indicates that she does support race-based admissions. This is racist - The ABA endorsed affirmative action in the 1960s - In 1980, the ABA adopted a Standard requiring law schools to provide full opportunities to ethnic minorities - The ABA consistently files with the briefs Supreme Court defending race-based admissions policies in higher education cases The way they accomplish this is SUBSTANTIALLY lowering the scores requirements for admissions for black people and minorities. You can’t vote based on race He’s asked who he’s voting for in the Los Angeles mayor race He says “Nithya Raman because she's Indian and I'm South Asian” I guess you can’t vote by race only if it’s for white people…… This is the foreigner mentality, it’s always voting based on race There is substantial data to show these people vote by race Stanford Law Review study of 80,000+ respondents found voters of all groups express higher approval and support for candidates sharing their race and ethnicity. Blacks and Hispanics show strong in-group support But white people do not vote like this, Whites show only a modest preference for White candidates even after controlling for party Indian Americans show notable co-ethnic voter mobilization.
