Black customers are overlooked, treated differently, or ignored by white store employees. Black Customers report being made to wait longer than white shoppers and being deliberately skipped over for service.

Black customers aren’t asking for special treatment, just equal treatment. Being ignored, or treated with suspicion isn’t “a misunderstanding,” it’s a pattern. Stores need to fix their culture and hold people accountable coz respect at the register shouldn’t depend on your skin.

Funny! I had the exact opposite experience. I go to a black operated Verizon in south Philly. They took all of the black people before me. I didn’t make a video, I didn’t complain, I just waited to get served like a normal person.

Every time I’ve tried to be kind to a black it’s blown up in my face. Blacks have: -Yelled at me for making eye contact at a gas station waiting in line -Called me a “White bitch” while cutting me off in line at checkout when I was literally minding my own business - Stolen my bike - Stolen my money - Threatened to hurt me in a parking lot while I had my two babies in tow - Tried to attack me at the gas station while I was pumping gas WITH MY KIDS IN THE CAR (thankfully I never relaxed and when one took out a knife I turned the gas hose at them before getting in my car and gtfo while they ran off) -Spit on my baby in Walgreens for reasons unknown -Yelled at me in hospital waiting rooms after I tried to help them when a worker was being retarded -Treated me like shit at restaurants or drive thrus -Told me, when I was heavily pregnant with my second baby, to abort because “we ain’t need no more White babies” (this was a total stranger who walked up to me in a Target) Blacks are hated because blacks can’t behave and refuse to act like human beings. Your culture is so toxic, so poisonous, and so disgusting that it FORCES White people to ignore you or try to stay as far away from you as possible. I wasn’t racist until black behavior made me so. Black people are violent, thieves, socially inept and barely above animals for the most part. Every black who is the exception that proves the rule knows this to be true. You people are running out of time to correct course, because when White peoples’ patience runs out, it’s gone, and so will you be. You should be thankful you’re even allowed to go into stores at this point. Get some awareness.

I’m white and Apple employees ignore me as well. You have to get in line and sign in and then they’ll take care of you. That’s how it works at those places.

I totally agree with this! But Apple Black employees also ignore Black customers in their stores! I had to ask to speak to a manager just to get assistance even when people walked in after me and I had been waiting for some time.

My family and I just had to walk out of a restaurant in West Orlando because we were not greeted or taken care of.. we were sat because that is the bare minimum but after sitting there for about 10 minutes watching everyone else get help and be served we were out of there…

Cause all blacks do is steal kill and destroy. They don’t deserve any form of respect in society They should go invent their own shit

You have to sign a waiting list to be served. Y’all never shopped at the Apple Store before? There’s a check in list or else they’ll ignore you.

I’m a black man and I can walk in any store and always be greeted because I walk in with a smile on my face and my vibration is positive. So I don’t know it’s hard but I’m sure other people have ruined that experience so it is what it is and it’s up to an individual to be better.Let’s go.

Or when ppl stand right behind u in line then move beside you pretending you’re not even in 1st in line. Then when with the cashier they are extra prompt putting their items on the counter or speak to cashier without even fully finishing my transaction or give u space.

I’ve been thinking about leaving apple for a while now. This just solidified it.

Consider this, (mind you, I am also black) maybe it’s because we have a small percentage of our demographic that does a big percentage of portraying us poorly to others in society. With that being said, the rest of us are left paying off the debt of these burdening individuals.

No, I don’t know about where she’s at, but I know that our Apple stores require you to make an appointment for them to service you so other words the people that they are probably talking to are the ones that already made an appointment

I was immediately greeted when walked into the Apple store to pick up my items. Once I went to the front desk the gentleman was extremely helpful gathering my order and answered my question that I had about accessories for my iPad. Wonderful experience @Apple Manhattan Beach.
