Black fatigue. Agree?

I am experiencing Black, Muslim and liberal fatigue all at once.

They want you to call it “fatigue.” They are forcing that sleepy, tired word on you to manifest your exhaustion. It’s not “fatigue.” It is the abrupt end of gracious generosity. It is a long time coming, much warranted anger. It is a natural, biological reflex to defend truth and justice. This is not white people feeling slightly bored by rude assholes. This is white people unapologetically destroying a clear, proven threat and taking back what is, and always was, rightfully theirs. It won’t be fair. There will not be “due process.” This is the end of the beginning. And it is time.

We don’t have this “yet” in Alaska. We’re too remote and we all depend on each other. But watching this is so horrible and I can’t believe it’s happening, sad. I bet people are exhausted from it and having to accept it somehow
