Bought some great appliances on Black Friday. Too bad Lowes contracted with the wrong delivery/ installation teams. During the holiday season, when days are fully planned, my delivery day was split into TWO days to receive three appliances. Neither date was my chosen day. 🙄

I went to the Lowe's in wetumpka Alabama waiting for an hour to receive my bucket only to find out that the manager handed out 50 passes beforehand hours before we got there for other people to receive buckets. No communication to the people waiting outside or anything I was told that we will not receive a bucket even though the ad clearly states that you receive the bucket in store not receive a ticket to receive the bucket later. The manager is Nicole and the district manager is named Tasha. No apologies for the inconvenience, miscommunication on the bucket and to the 50 people waiting in line in 29 degree weather. No resolution. The ad clearly states you receive the bucket in the store. So we waited for nothing because of the ticket system not mentioned in the ad or by the staff at the wetumpka al location. Very disappointed with Lowes customer service. We've had our washing machine for just over a year. We also bought an extended warranty. We called for service. No one called, no one showed. We called our local Lowes. They had no idea why no one showed. Another appointment set up.

@Lowes waited in line ended up being #51 after employees gave out numbers to those under 18 who were with their parents, people who didnt have a rewards account...poorly handled and extremely disappointed.

Highly disappointed in the Christmas selection this year. Lots of stuff I usually get every year like bulbs & inflatables. You had 0 of both this Sunday. Instead of replacing bulbs you're forcing us to buy the whole string on light due to lack of inventory

What's going on with your Synchrony/Lowes card? Synchrony closing accounts with low balances, payments on time , always at least double the minimum & great credit scores. You might want to check..Home Depot uses Citi bank.

Lousy customer service, Grove Oklahoma Lowes & LG Bought a washing machine a year ago with extended warranty & cannot get service or even the decency of a phone call when they don't show up!! A reschedule with Lowes was just a replay of the first appointment. NO SHOW!!

Waste of a trip. Been waiting months for Black Friday so you’d release your stock of Kobalt mini toolbox bases (not the ugly ass pastel ones) just to get a, “sorry, we never got them”.

Terrible customer service you have at your Lowe’s now. You need to explain to everyone that you were actually not selling appliances that you rent out that spot and allow manufacturers to place the appliances on the sales floor and then you use your staff to pretend that you’re selling them. You are not you were buying directly from a manufacturer and Lowe’s cannot help you if there’s a problem.

Completely mismanaged the buckets. Long line of people standing in 20 degree weather not knowing all vouchers were given (while not knowing there were vouchers). Plus, I saw a guy and his two young kids all receive buckets.

Today I was injured @ Lowe’s 4210 S Dale Mabry Hwy store. Staff led me 2 first aid to clean myself. No one asked how I was or offered help. I left the store but realized the culprit of the injury needed removal & clean to be cleaned of blood. The Manager said ok. 🤷🏽‍♀️

Lowe’s customer service lies about nonexistent claims when their drivers DAMAGE YOUR HOUSE during deliveries. 8 calls and several hours later, they finally get it started. AVOID LOWE’S LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!
