Different studio but yeah OBM has been in development for like 2 decades now and what they've shown as of recent doesn't really impress me

This game only has dynamic music for some parts, so it's really satisfying when you finish the fight just when the soundtrack ends.

Sometimes. Most of the time it's just a lot of Source jank, bad pacing and an art style that really doesn't feel like HL though.

What's so crazy about this is looking back at the original Half-Life, you could really see the massive upgrade they did here. This game isn't really just a remaster but a remake

Definitely a great love letter to HL, but it has its issues. I do like how they handled the Xen missions, but I didn't like the final fight with the Nihilanth.

The fact I get to enjoy both half life and black mesa at the same time is a wonderful feeling. I'm extremely biased towards half life as I grew up playing it but that's just me

Such a great fight. It was surprising too since this whole area was added in an update

this game is so fucking cool my only gripe is that the HECU's design is gross to my eyes but mods are cool
