Since then, the chart has been working within a descending channel. The primary downside target remains $331.25 (2–3 month objective). What is canyoneering? Basically jumping off cliffs, sliding down rocks, swimming through waterfalls, and testing your courage every 5 minutes 😂 Just saw this insane reel from Kawasan Falls in Badian, near Moalboal, Cebu, Philippines and now it’s officially on my bucket list. You start up in the jungle and then spend hours trekking through the canyon — walking, climbing, jumping, sliding, and swimming in water that’s such a crazy turquoise it doesn’t even look real. Waterfalls keep popping up out of nowhere, some jumps look chill, others have me pausing the video like “yeah… I’d be negotiating with myself up there” 😅 Natural slides, calm floating sections, then sudden drops — all deep in the Philippine jungle. It looks equal parts beautiful and badass. I went from “that’s pretty” to “I need to do this” in about 10 seconds. You don’t just see Kawasan… you feel it. If I ever get to Cebu, I’m doing this. No overthinking, just booking it. Who else wants to try canyoneering in the Philippines? ✋

Telegram founder Pavel Durov on what separates A Players from B Players “I can recall a few instances in my career where firing an engineer actually resulted in an increase in productivity,” Telegram founder Pavel Durov begins. He gives an example of two Android engineers building an app that are having a hard time hitting deadlines: “You think, ‘I probably have to hire a third engineer.’ But then you notice that one of [the engineers] is really weird — falling behind schedule, complaining, not assuming responsibility — and you ask, ‘What if I just fired this person?’ Then you fire this person, and in a few weeks you realize you never needed a third engineer. The problem was this guy who created more issues and problems than he solved. It’s so counterintuitive because in developing tech projects, you tend to think that you just throw more people into something and things get solved miraculously.” Pavel continues: “The other thing that people don’t realize is how demotivating working with a B Player is. Everyone can tell if the other engineer they’re working with is really competent. If the person is asking the wrong questions and they keep lagging behind, at a certain point if you’re an A Player, you get get this dissatisfaction and feeling that you are not able to realize your full potential and accomplish what you’re really meant to accomplish because of this person working next to you (or pretending to work next to you).” Pavel reflects on what it is exactly that separates these B Players from A Players: “In some cases it’s not because the person is lazy . . . It’s not about experience. More often it’s about natural ability and persistence. In 90% of cases, it’s just the inability to focus on one task for an extended period of time. Not everybody has this ability. The British state is now targeting YouTube with a new mandatory "prominence regime", which promotes establishment media, like the BBC, ITV, and Channel 4, over independent creators. If you aren't regulated by the government via Ofcom, your content will be "downranked", treated as less "trustworthy" than legacy broadcasters. The consultation questionnaire is biased in favour of the regulation. One question about whether the government should censor social media and promote "trusted sources" during "periods of community tension, social unrest and democratic events" (like the Southport stabbings) only allows you to select either "always on" or "only active during periods of heightened vulnerability". There is no Likert scale which allows you to reject the premise of the question and reject the censorship. The state is determined to crush dissent, and is desperate to ban X.
