Black-owned subcontractors aren't getting paid for their work on Barack Obama's Presidential Library in Chicago. The library nearly tripled its $300 million budget and one plumbing company alone says it's owed $4 million. Get these hardworking Americans paid, Barack Obama.

@BarackObama Obama paid 100% to the general contractor and that was the only contract that he had and he paid the bill. As anybody with common sense knows, contractors often subcontract with different companies, and their fights are with the contractor not with Obama or his foundation.
