At the Wilkie Ferguson courthouse in Miami for the first federal arraignment of a former U.S. president, there are just a handful of Trump supporters but about 200 members of the media

Media lining up to get one of the 300 coveted seats in the overflow room inside the courthouse. Only 20 journalists & members of the public will be let inside the actual courtroom where Trump will be arraigned

Vivek Ramaswamy is now holding a press conference in front of the courthouse. He is pledging to sue the DOJ if they don’t answer his FOIA for documents in the Trump case

Even as he defends Trump, Ramaswamy says he wouldn't have done what the former president did in handling classified documents. "I wouldn't have taken the boxes," he told me as he left the scene. "I'm not a memento guy. Not my style."

The scene outside the courthouse has now taken on the feel of a Trump rally. At least a few hundred of his supporters are here about 90 minutes before the arraignment.

After pleading not guilty, and becoming the first former president in American history to be arraigned on federal charges, Trump has left the courthouse
