He was charged with “using a carriage service to harass”, not for the actual words he used, but for allegedly directing others to flood her comments. Nationalist activist Joel Davis, who has been in jail for almost two months after being denied bail for a Telegram post, has been hit with a series of "hate speech" charges over a podcast episode from December 2024. Police allege Davis religiously or racially vilified "Jewish people", "Indian people" and "African people" in the specific statements in the clip below. The precedent that has stood from the moment, judge Matthew Barrett sentenced her through all this Appeal process and her habeas is that you can be imprisoned and denied bail for first time offenses for your political speech, and treated like an absolute prisoner of war. Today is Arraignment Day for a man that many people have believed to have been a criminal for decades. While everyone is innocent until proven guilty, I just want to remind you that Trump literally campaigned on "lock her up," and then his DOJ investigated her to no avail for 2 years. Trump supporters chanted "lock her up" for the past 8 years. They literally wanted Trump's political opponents locked up without any due process. So now that their guy has been indicted and will potentially face being locked up through due process, they call it "political bias." I call it hypocrisy.

Clearly the acts of an increasingly desperate Madani govt. -- Urgent press release 28 November 2025 The MACC today made a forced entry into Albert Tei’s house and has arrested him. He has also been handcuffed. When I arrived at his house and asked to meet with my client, the MACC officers and the police officers refused entry to the house or to meet my client. No officers had identified themselves. The failure to identify themselves is high-handed and unlawful. They only spoke to me after I took pictures of the incident, illegally asking to take my phone and see the photos I took. Subsequently they brought Albert out handcuffed. He was surrounded by balaclava clad armed officers. It was as if they were arresting a terrorist. The officers refused to identify themselves or state where Albert was being brought to. I do not even know for sure if they are police or MACC officers. The actions of the authorities here is a breach of my client's constitutional rights to due process. This was a victimless act not a crime, twickeham rugby club can make out it affected them but it hasn’t, saying in court they have to brief up their security, and get runners for matches, if security was that good he wouldn’t of got in there, they have one job, Today, your boy Jarvo has been jailed for 15 months after an ID was found in Twickenham rugby club one day after Daniel. Was there doing one of his stunts, a corrupted jury gave him a guilty verdict. He has never used an ID to gain access to any stadiums.
