Good day, you guys have the worse customer service I have seen. To think that you guys were all over me with phone after indicating interest in your internet, only for me to be begging you since I made payment on the 22ND of march to come and set my internet up. It is bad.

@FOBroadband you should be handed over your award for the most terrible service provider and the worst for customer service and resolution. Been down for over a week in lekki and after over 60minutes of call and promises, nothing.. a customer for over 3yrs but it’s over!!!

You guys are the worst internet service provider known to man. My paid-for internet has been down for 6 days and you guys keep promising daily that an engineer will visit to resolve it. Is this engineer carry a big body that he or she hasn't arrived? I regret subscribing to you.
