no one tell him that Naruto & OP needed time skips for one to set up clever retcons and the other expanded the world to ultra fantasy cause tite was winning prizes for his writing in the 2000s, had the iconic scenes and world building that people copy still to this day.

This quote from old man Zangetsu is so good during Ichigo’s fight with Kenpachi. Rain represents so much in Bleach and this touches bases on each of them. Masaki died in the rain because Yhwach took her power. Guilt. Masaki’s love for Ichigo filtered through Zangetsu. Love.
