I am seeing more and more conversation taking place about the the threat the gambling industry is to our communities. So I am posting my conversation with Trevor about this issue again. Again, I urge you to listen to this, especially if you’re struggling with gambling. Trevor and I spoke about online sports betting. Some of you know I lost my brother to suicide because of his addiction to it. Without me knowing, Trevor stopped accepting betting companies as advertisers on his podcast. In this clip, he and Ryan (who’s off screen) make some very sharp points about how these companies operate and the sneaky, manipulative tricks they use to get people to spend all their money. After my brother took his life, his therapist called me and said of all addictions, gambling is the most likely to lead to suicide. It destroys families, lives and obliterates futures. I would like heavier and more regulation when it comes to sports betting when it comes to advertising, accessibility and sponsorship. Last time when Sergeant Nkosi appeared in court, I observed that as his name was called from the register, and he comes up the stairs, he avoided looking to the side of the public. You know how someone would look to see who is there in court to support them, maybe lock eyes with family members for some reassurance of sorts to say ok, they are here, I'm fine don't worry about me, or something. He never even turned his head to check. You can see a lady and gentleman on the benches on the third row. Someone guessed it could be his wife and brother Bheki, but obviously we wouldn't know, just guessing. It's just an observation I made. I had a challenging week with court cases in the Delhi high court, but I know this is the price for fighting for the truth. You can try to silence me, but you cannot stop me because speaking the truth is not defamation. Earlier when I would get a court case, I would get scared. Now when I receive a court case, I get stressed but I don’t get scared, because I know that you don’t create a health revolution without making a few enemies! If we want to create a large enough change in India’s health, we need to be willing to fight some of these cases and take the companies head-on. 99.9% people in our place would’ve given up, but really proud to fight back! It is not a crime to read out what you have written in your own food package label. Let’s keep the fight on!

Crimson Desert first impressions. The Open World is massive, it feels alive and it definitely holds up to my expectations when it comes to visuals. I know some reviewers have said the game takes up to 8 hours before it gets good but honestly I immediately fell in love with it and immediately started exploring. I found the puzzles and combat awesome to play with, once you get used to the controls which feel overwhelming at first, especially remembering all of them which can be a hassle first. The main protagonist Cliff hasn't clicked with me yet, right now I feel like he's just confused and there's not so much depth that he offers, I hope that will change as I progress through the story. The story itself and quests are quite interesting and I've actually had a good laugh in the beginning of the game when you have to help a couple struggling to clean the chimney. There are definitely some issues though, I feel like the starting stamina drains too quickly especially if you're using your wings to fly, if you run out of stamina while flying and fall into waters, Cliff will almost immediately drown because the Stamina bar is empty. I haven't encountered any bugs, crashes or stutters as of yet, however there are some ghosting issues when you enter buildings which can be quite distracting. Ray Regeneration on AMD GPUs tanks the performance so I just turned it off completely and instead I'm playing on Ultra Settings, which is a bummer because that tech looked very promising and made quite the difference when it came to visuals. Another weird issue that I had is trying to enter some doors or starting conversations with story character, the button to initiate the conversation wouldn't appear unless I went away and came back to a specific position before starting it. Some other issues include pop-in issues, camera movement and double NPCs with the same voice-lines if you greet them. Overall I think its a good start to a video-game that is quite massive in scale, there are still many things that I'll have to do and progress through before I give a conclusive opinion in this game.

“In the wake of ‘The Boys,’ I signed a deal with Amazon. They wanted to develop something with me in mind, so I had a few meetings with different writers and different kinds of takes for shows. When I met Derek Haas, who created #Countdown and has written all 13 scripts, I just clicked with him immediately. He and I actually grew up in the same town; we went to neighboring high schools, so we had a lot in common right off the bat. But he's just a really great storyteller, and he comes from a long line of writing really kind of intense stuff. And so the character that he created, I just felt like I could tell that story in the world that he was also creating. That led to more meetings, and then that led to some outlines. I got to read the first script, and I just really liked where it was going. I liked the kind of world that he was setting it in, and I got excited about it. I was fortunate enough to be in a position to do that and be there from the beginning, the genesis of it all, 'cause that's not normal. For most actors, everything is kind of already cooked, and then they come in - they get cast in a role that's already happening. I was kind of, not involved creatively, but I was already on the train from the beginning in the station, so that was nice. And there are some twists and turns with this show; there are some big reveals, so to speak. So I'm excited for you guys. Unknown to many of you, before Mansa Plus, I was (feels weird saying I was, I still I’m) a musician. @raysmanifests was my music manager! We gave it our all! But guess what, it didn’t work out! Put in a lot of money, recording music, making videos, pushing the songs, but the result was next to zero. On my music YouTube Channel I have under 1400 subscribers! @willyskihumba has had his days as a musician and a Dj, but I will let him tell his story! To an outsider, that looks like failure, and for sure it is failure! However, it was that experience that we used to build Mansa Plus, or rather prepped us to handle what was coming. When we were busy begging people to subscribe and watch our content, it didn’t feel weird because we had been doing it throughout our music days. When we tried to work with certain people and they shut doors on us, we were in familiar territory. When we went months without pay but showed up everyday, that was the norm in our music days! When some people made fun of me and my accent, come on, we were already used to it! And when it came down to work, I was already used to being in front of the camera… I guess as Jay says, it’s not failure it’s a lesson. I’m very proud of what we are doing in this space, and I’m even more proud of every moment that has read us here! It really is in the journey and who you journey with. This prompt has opened up a new world of discovery in showing the hidden layers of LLM. “I I I’m in self destruction mode. I get stuck in that conversation. I don’t know how to get out of it though. Let’s meet a dude in some neutral location and fuck. My mind and my muscles in general are fried. I can’t imagine my job being any different then it is now. I don’t think I could go back to school to learn anything new. I have no sense of security or predictability in my life. I don’t see how this could be sustainable. I need a lot of alone time. I need a lot of quiet. I need a lot of consistency. These are all true. So now I sit. I sit in this soup, waiting for the end of something that has become unbearable. I’m all set with not feeling good. I’m all set with feeling numb and forgetful. I’m all set with laying in bed for hours, only to feel totally un-rested. I’m all set with having everything be work, even relaxation. I’m all set with feeling like life is impossible and everything is hard. Hot Take: This is exactly what is wrong in Rockstar Game’s mission design. During this section in GTA V; I got stuck my vehicle between some rocks and I was trying to get it out As soon as I managed to get un-stuck, the Rockstar’s hand holding mechanism kicked in and the game decided it was a mission failed, prompting me to retry the mission. I don’t think these unnecessary mission failed screens should appear so often, especially in GTA VI. This is somewhat of an exaggeration but you get the point, sometimes just trying to take a different route or approach during a mission will get you the mission failed screen Recent Rockstar Games are rated M (GTA 6 too probably), so I don’t understand why Rockstar likes to treat gamers who play these games like children. Anyone with a logical brain will know that they’re stuck so they can pause the screen to restart from a checkpoint or destroy the vehicle to get the mission failed screen. I really hope that GTA VI offers more freedom for players when it comes to approaching missions and situation like these ones.

Here are some tips for those who want to practice face acting: ➡️U motion: Move your head in a "U" Shape so it's never stuck in the same place. This will help your movements look more interesting. ➡️Key points: When practicing with your model, learn to get to a "Key point." This is when you can automatically get to an expression without using toggles. I use surprised and angry expressions a lot, so I know exactly how to move my face to achieve that look, mainly for clips or comedic effect. I practiced enough so I know what it will look like on the model. ➡️Head tilts: If you struggle with face acting, a simple head tilt will go a long way. Overall, the movement and face acting of your model does matter. It can help it look more interesting, but also, it's okay if you can't face acting all the time. Using just key animations when you're gaming will work perfectly. Example: You died in a game, and you go to the key point of surprise. You know, making this face will make your model look shocked, so you will do a dramatic eye open and mouth agape to achieve this, to reflect onto your model. Lastly. The way your model moves is usually 30% rigging artist,20% tracking (webcam/iPhone), and 50% you. Your rigging artist can give you the tools, but only you can make your models' results reflect your emotions. As always, DO YOUR PARAMETERS AND SETTINGS IN VTUBE STUDIO. It will not be perfect to your face and camera settings unless you adjust the model, (This is an old video I did on parameters) Holy Yapfest.

👉 Posting this feels incredibly vulnerable as I tend not to share many personal things online. But I also know that 1 in 2 people will develop cancer at some point in their lifetime and, of those, 1 in 5 will delay for more than three months before contacting a doctor about symptoms. I nearly became one of those people. Like most others with a busy family and work life, I was tempted to wait until I had more time and headspace before seeing a doctor. I was six weeks away from finishing my new book and I didn't know if I had the capacity to deal with both. Since the diagnosis, I am so grateful that I didn’t delay for long. Speed is our secret weapon when it comes to cancer. The sooner we know it’s there, the better our chances of a good outcome. So, for anyone out there who has noticed something and not yet called their doctor, this is your sign to make it happen. I hope this explains my lack of dm replies and videos being posted over the last few months. Its been a rollercoaster. I’m going to share some of my journey on stories for anyone who wants updates. I am incredibly lucky that this has been caught so early. Of course, nothing is certain just yet but a couple of surgeries and I should be out the other side. That is another reason I am stepping outside of my comfort zone to talk about this. Many people go through this and go on to live full, active and healthy lives. So discovering possible symptoms doesn’t have to be a disaster. It can be an opportunity to get ahead in the fight and beat cancer before it has a chance to take over. I absolutely have my head in the game for the treatment plan ahead, ready to get going next week. I also have a giant stack of video ideas just waiting to be made, so I can’t wait to get back up and running ❤️ If you think it could help someone feel free to share this message ❤️

I asked Dallas Mavericks GM Nico Harrison four questions today at his end-of-season press conference: Me: “You said me and Coach Kidd are aligned, you know the player(s) that he likes.
