👀Blindside Block?!?! If I was that player, I would really hate to think my acting skills helped me get a flag from a guy who is 5'9" and 180 lbs. that I actually saw coming towards me to block. I truly laughed watching this again.

Lifetime Auburn fan and highschool football coach here, good block. Head was in front. Clean, loved it. He wasn’t pretending, that hurt. But the block was clean. Bad officiating all around.

@JJinTLH Alabama did the same thing on the phantom targeting against Mizzou. Guy lying like he’s dead. Flag comes out. He stays down. Review is over. Player ejected. He gets up and walks off field and later walked to lockerroom with thumbs up to the bama fans.

@CoachHayesHudl But at least the Auburn guy had to be helped off the field.

That call was shameful.

Best game Gunner has had keeping his eyes downfield when scrambling. Made several throws like this when early season he’s tucking and running.

I think it's a "makeup " penalty for the non delay of game penalty on the clapping/timeout situation that happened 1-2 plays prior

Am I misremembering... I think the kid was knocked out. Might want to go watch the film and see if he didn't get his bell rung. Bad penalty thrown, but don't cal a kid out for acting if the film says something different

May not have been OPI either as the ball was passed them already with the contact occurred. I’m not sure of the verbiage in the rule so I could be dead wrong.

There was no acting here. Cash f#cking leveled that dude. That being said, I agree with the call, because when Gunner throws the ball the defender transitions from being a tackler to a pass defender, which is technically a defenseless player

Oh yeah he trucked him, I just meant the coffin pose after the hit was acting. He got trucked by a 170 5'9" dude and saw him coming at him.

The defender was definitly treating cash as a blocker and got leveled, but I think the refs made the correct call here. Tough break for Cash... hard for him to know exactly what to do here.

Definitely a fine on auburn for faking the blindside

Didn't look like he was acting, he got lit up. Right on the jaw button. I've caught one of those before and its usually from a smaller guy getting right up under the side of the jaw, OUCH!

First time I’ve seen that replay. Ridiculous call! They were heading right towards each other. Back in the day “crack back blocks were worked on at every practice.

I saw the play. Was before the final UGA touchdown. Dawgs would have had a 1st down inside Auburn 1. I was still watching and game would have been over. Instead, after that penalty, Dawgs missed a field goal

By defines blind side block is from a blocker coming from the other direction than the ball carrier. A blocker out in front of a ball carrier moving in the same direction is called a blocker. Clipping rules prevent blocker from hitting defender in an impermissible part of body

Maybe could have been offensive PI but that’s a stretch too, refs were bad on both sides. Proud of Gunner getting his eyes up while scrambling, hasn’t done that much.

I honestly don’t think he was acting. I believe he was out cold. He had those weird Tua arms like his brain was shut off.

☑️ Agree - Cash was in front. But he was not acting. He got knocked out.

if its not a blind side block then its offensive pass interference!

Can’t block a defender like that while your qb is throwing the ball. It’s a penalty.

Probably more like targeting leading with the crown of the helmet. Helped Georgia out again by making sure there player doesn’t miss the first half next week.

It was actually a pass interference penalty for blocking downfield on a pass play. Either way it was a penalty.

If you freeze it, ball is out before the block. Not even OPI if he hasn’t engaged yet

James 💌 21.09.2026 #JamesSu #JDSEngsub To be honest, I was super stressed when I was gonna act in Fanboy. Anyone who followed me from the start knows that I... how do I put it, had a stain? Or whatever, a lot of things. But I do not really wanna bring that up. Talking about how I felt, I was like, am I gonna get blasted again? Do I gotta explain myself all over again? If you ask if I wanted to do it, I wanted to do it so bad. And there was this push that made me feel like, okay, if I don’t wanna get dragged or talked trash about my artist side anymore, well, honestly, I already explained it like millions of times. So I was like, okay, I will just show them. Coming back to act this time, I will do it so well that no one can say a thing about me. Honestly, that was literally what I thought, like, I am gonna act till I drop. I literally mean it, act till I drop, just to make it good. Honestly speaking, back then I was still super new. I didn’t have much experience with acting at all, I was a total beginner. But this time, anything I saw outside the classroom, I picked it all up to use. How I think, how I feel, how I talk, every little skill. I wanted to prove myself and clear my name, and I wanted my fans to be proud of me too. Real talk, I had no idea what I looked like while acting. I only got to see a bit when the continuity team came to tell me, “Next is a close up, you gotta raise your hand like this.” Or sometimes Phi Kla called me over to the monitor to show me how I was acting, just to fix it for the next take. That was pretty much it. But honestly, when I finally watched it on screen with everyone, all the tiredness just vanished. It felt like such a relief, super worth everything I put up with. You guys can watch and feel whatever you feel. You can hate whoever you hate, dislike whoever you dislike. Say whatever you feel, towards the characters, though, not me. Because that is Nine, and this is James.
