Earlier today I was ironing some clients clothe with the gas iron when I had the sudden urge to use the toilet. I turned off the gas and went to the toilet. I went about with other things when I came out thinking the iron was off. Next thing I heard was Mummy your table is burning. I rushed down to find that the gas was still on and I had only increased the heat instead of turning it off. What amazed me was that the rubber iron mat that came with it didn't burn but everything beneath it melted. Does anyone know the kind of material they use in making the mat? Alhamdullilah, what if it happened during the week when my kids are not around? If the verdict were guilty and I learned about a stealth juror who did this, I would also be incensed. This juror bastardized the sanctity of the jury process. You can't do that to reach a verdict.
