this is wild and very concerning. People are seeing blue rain across America, especially down South. Some think it's from cloud seeding, where they shoot stuff into clouds to make it rain. We need to outlaw this nonsense.

@paulturner2012 Aqueous copper sulphate by the look of it. It can be used as a pesticide. Sprayed from light aircraft.

Hope the guy wears rain gear out there and better use a glove too to get that water…
