Jr needs to see a Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist so that they can do swallow assessments. Then she needs to take him to see a ENT so that they can examine his airways. And lastly, he needs to go see a Pediatric Gastroenterologist (GI) so that they can look at his stomach.
