This woman lives in an HOA. The back of her yard backs up into an easement that is owned by the HOA. The trees back there are on the easement. She points out that there are fallen branches all over her neighbors yard because of the trees and there were many in her yard as well. So she and her children went and picked up all the branches and sticks in her yard and then she piled them up under the tree. She said since the tree is on the HOA easement, it’s their problem. She wants to know if she is the bad guy in all this. If it were me, I’d maintain my yard and put the branches and sticks out for the trash pickup. Do you think she is in the right and it’s the HOA’s problem? Or do you think she is wrong and is making a mountain out of a molehill and there are better hills to plant your flag on?

This little girl has been coming to this neighbor’s house and trashing her stuff. She pulls out her water hose, knocks over her planters, but one day, the neighbor is home and follows her to her house. As the little girl’s mom stands outside with her daughter, it’s the neighbor making her apologize. Why isn’t the mother making her? The mother didn’t even apologize and she’s standing there fixing her daughter’s hair. I think the neighbor handled it as well as can be. She was very polite. Ms. Destiny is a lovely lady and an angel. But something is off with the little girl. The mother seems off as well. Something isn’t right at that house. Some are suggesting that she call the police just to check in on the situation at their home. What do you think? Does it seem off? Would you call the police out of concern?

This delivery driver coming up behind her, went speeding down the road according to her. So, she is in her golf cart and driving 10 mph to slow him down on his way out. She said it’s a respect issue. Many people said she has no right to do that. She says she owns the easement rights and the road is a private easement and other nigh it’s live down that road as well. Other drivers commented that all her packages in the future would be dropped off at the beginning of the road if it was their route. What do you think? Do you think she has the right to demand these drivers go 10 mph? Or do you think these drivers should stop delivering down that road and all packages should be dropped off at the beginning of it?

As the sun sets she’s on her final stretch of her run and she’s approaching where she started out again. She sees two men on the sidewalk and right as she is about to run past them they try to grab her and take her, one of the men lunge at her as to almost tackle her and stop her in her tracks. Even after running for miles she musters up the strength in her to run away as fast as she can. It’s safe to say this is why people use treadmills but if this was you would this discourage you from running outside again, what would you do?

This might be one of the best thrift finds and flips I’ve seen in a while. She picked up this entire Mid-Century Modern Broyhill Brasilia bedroom set for just $115 — I can’t believe someone let this whole set go, especially for that price. While it looked good in that blue paint, what was underneath was actually beautiful. Instead of just painting over it again, she took the time to properly strip, sand, and refinish the walnut veneer using the right products and techniques to bring back its original beauty. She even rebuilt the base on the tallboy. The end result is stunning and feels so much more true to the piece than the painted version. I have to say — the after is way better. Would you have kept this set or sold it? And if you were selling it, how much do you think she should list it for?
