The worst part about our “takes” culture in sports today is that people have learned you are more likely to be right if you just say someone “can’t” do something. So Blutman just sits up there and does exactly that without any nuance. Yet, Blutman is also supposedly someone who celebrates all the good that is college football and when a program goes to a place it’s never been before (which should be celebrated) he takes every chance to put them down. For no clear reason besides pure jealousy that UCLA could never be half the program A&M is.
