Five people have been sentenced for their parts in a conspiracy which aimed to release three people from lawful custody in Chelmsford Prison. Charlotte Whittaker, Charlie Whittaker, Akhtar and Noor Ali admitted conspiracy to escape lawful custody. Adam Mohamed admitted admitting attempting to escape lawful custody. They were sentenced on Monday 8 December, at Chelmsford Crown Court. Ahmed was sentenced to three years and three months immediate custody.
