Sooooo I just saw all the workout critics 🤡 on my butterfly pull-ups. Butterfly pull-ups are done in CrossFit workouts and should not be done unless you have good shoulder mobility and can complete at least 5 strict pull ups without fatigue. I also train strict pull ups during other training sessions. Always make sure you go down all the way to straighten your arms before pulling up again. And chin over the bar at the top. But more importantly I encourage everyone no matter how old you are or what level fitness you are at, always try to train and exercise to stay strong and healthy so you can live your best life and be the best version of you. Don’t sit on the couch and be a hater. We have enough of that!

And for my friend @MarcLobliner who did an excellent job explaining butterfly pull-ups, CrossFit, and overall his usual smackdowns to the critics today, I’m doing lots of lifting too! 💪 Y’all should listen to Marc, he knows how to train and how to train people to meet their goals.

How desperate for attention does one need to be to post a video like this?

I think everyone criticizing her workout should either post a video showing us all how it’s supposed to be done, or post a picture of their stunning and immaculate physique, showing us all what we should be aspiring to. I mean, y’all are the experts, right?

I say this in all sincerity: your push-up form is terrible.

Body - maybe. Mind - needs a lot more work. Spirit - you don’t have one.
