Yes depending on level of stress there are calm and stress reloads. During gunfights if you are in an intense fight your character can fumble a reload or bullet with the sniper.

Bit odd that the revolver had 8 shots before you reloaded it 🤷

Also fun fact the guy responsible for the gun animations actually shot all those guns and made it into game footage so that's why the reloading styles and recoil looks so realistic
