Dharmendra Pradhan resigning will be the first step in accountability, the government will prove that it is of the people, for the people and by the people and is sensitive to what the people expect the government to do. There is a timing for announcing strict measures, however that time has really gone- it should have come earlier and not now when there is such immense build up of students anger.

Signs of famine are showing and if borders don’t open in a few days, people in Gaza will remain with nothing. And at this point no amount of donations will help, and protests will not be enough. As we look at Sila’s innocent face, we are fully of rage and fear. We are afraid for the further suffering that these children will have to endure. That everyone in Gaza will have to endure. Act now. Silence is not an option!
