This government lacks full commitment to ending insecurity. In 2002, when Boko Haram emerged in Yobe State, President Obasanjo sought my advice. I recommended that he summon the service chiefs, give them a two-month deadline to eradicate Boko Haram, and sack them if they failed. They successfully eliminated the threat before two months. Boko Haram re-emerged after we left power in 2007. ~ Atiku Abubakar #TheAtikuMovement

Remember when Tucker Carlson said the genocide of Christians in Nigeria by ISIS and Boko Haram was made up and not real? Well, here is a video that is circulating in Nigeria this week. Boko Haram recently released this video telling all Christians in northern Nigeria to convert to Islam or die. In the video they say they are “fighting for prophet Mohammed”, and warned Christians to “convert or you will be killed.” They are saying “this is the teaching of the Prophet Mohammed.” Your daily reminder that Tucker is not as Christian as he pretends to be. I wonder when he recited the Shahada?
