Bolt built my entire mobile app from scratch 🤯 No Figma. No code. Just prompts. I used Bolt + UX Pilot + ChatGPT to go from raw idea to live preview in under 15 minutes. Here’s exactly how I did it:

1. Start with clarity, not code Before opening any tool, I go to ChatGPT and give it full context: - A screenshot of the app I want to replicate - A short product description Then I ask it to: - Summarize the idea - List core features - Map the user journey

2. Prioritize using the MoSCoW framework Once features are listed, I ask ChatGPT: “Use the MoSCoW method to prioritize features for phase 1 of this MVP.” This gives me clarity on: - Must-haves - Nice-to-haves - What can be saved for later

3. Draft a UI Development Plan This is where the magic happens. I prompt ChatGPT to generate: - A list of all screens - Detailed text description of each - The vibe and design theme - How all screens connect (UI flow) This becomes my blueprint.

4. Generate designs with UX Pilot Now I head into UX Pilot. Here’s what I do: - Paste each screen description from the UI Plan - Set the project theme, vibe, and design direction - Upload references or inspiration if needed - Hit generate All my hi-fi screens are ready in under 5 minutes.

5. Build inside Bolt Now comes the fun part. I open up Bolt, describe the app and its screens, and begin building. Here’s the twist: - I paste the source code of each screen from UX Pilot into Bolt - Then ask it to regenerate that screen inside Bolt, exactly as designed Repeat for every screen.

6. Preview the app live on mobile Once all screens are inside Bolt, I preview the app in real time using Expo Go on my phone. Just scan the barcode and the app is ready to explore. No build process. No manual deployment.

7. What happens next Next up, I’ll be adding the entire backend. Before you do that, make sure your PRD, task breakdown, and key docs are ready. Then simply connect Supabase using Bolt’s built-in integration and start building out the logic. This part’s coming in the next video. Stay tuned.
