Hubert is elite person, not an elite HC & no shame in latter. Jai Lucas is elite recruiter; legend in making. More HC exp than Dean when he took over at UNC Took losing Miami with 2 players to 5th in ACC and tourney in year 1. So obvious, it's easy to overlook
