It’s hilarious how they act like they're fighting for justice when they're really just protecting criminals at the expense of innocent citizens, so hopefully the DOJ doesn't sweep this under the rug like they usually do with these high profile political puppets.

This is why the distinction matters: a federal judge referring someone for a criminal investigation is extremely serious but it is not the same thing as being charged or convicted. Now the U.S. Attorney’s Office has to determine whether the evidence warrants further action.

A referral to the DOJ for possible perjury and obstruction is serious, but a referral is not a conviction. The investigation should follow the evidence wherever it leads, and if wrongdoing is proven, there should be accountability. Due process matters especially when the allegations involve the justice system itself. What do you think?
