Within hours of Robert Hur releasing his report, Joe Biden (in a VERY RARE moment for him) made a statement and took a handful of questions. Biden attacked Hur for saying he couldn’t remember the year his son Beau died. “How in the hell dare he raise that?” The newly released audio from the interview clearly shows it was Biden who brought up Beau’s death without ever being asked, and he clearly could not recall the year. What we eventually found out (and yesterday’s audio confirmed) was Biden HIMSELF brought Beau up, not Robert Hur. But Biden didn’t remember, so he held a press conference to attack Hur and made all of his defenders look terrible.
