It was NEVER an "ENTRANCE" or "EXIT WOUND" from a bullet. What if it was a PUNCTURE WOUND from the PENDANT VIOLENTLY impaling him in the neck this entire time? This would explain the bizarre movement of his t-shirt and what looks like something under it that lifts up right into the EXACT SPOT where the WOUND APPEARS. As soon as the shirt falls, you then see the WOUND. This would also explain the necklace you see flying off that everyone believed was Charlie's earpiece.
