Alhaji Atiku Abubakar’s Presidential Experience || What Delusional People Need to Know. Gen. Obasanjo didn't choose Atiku as Vice President but the generals who were called “the legitimatizers” picked Atiku Abubakar (see attached video of Sen. In 2023 for example, INEC declared Bola Ahmed Tinubu the winner of the election for securing 36.7% of the total votes and 25% from 29 states. Followed by Atiku Abubakar who secured 29.9% of the votes and got 25% from 21 states. And then Peter Obi who came third with 26.1% of the total votes and 25% from 15 states. What does that mean? Tinubu was declared winner not only because of the number of votes, but also because of the 25% rule, which he secured majority from Ondo, Ekiti, Kwara, Ogun, Oyo, Niger, Kogi, Benue, Jigawa, Zamfara, Borno and Rivers. On the other hand, Atiku Abubakar won states like Osun, Yobe, Gombe, Adamawa, Katsina, Bauchi, Kaduna, Sokoto, Kebbi, Taraba, Bayelsa and Akwa-Ibom bringing it to a total of 12 states. Peter Obi was the only candidate that secured 13 states. Atiku & Tinubu got 12 each. Despite the massive rigging by the PDAPC, Peter secured Rivers; bringing his tally to 13 states. INEC did its abracadabra with Wike to deny Obi his win. Actual result is up there on the IREV. He has bankable votes in at least four regions: SS, SE, NC & SW. His NE-NW votes were suppressed. There is no way of telling, & it’s why he will need a strong VP from the North. Now why do you think Asiwaju is wooing all the Southern Governors? The reason is simple, CPC (Buhari Wing of the APC) have logged out. Right now? Tinubu can only bag (30% of his previous Northern votes). He wants to secure as much Southern Solidarity, massive enough to shore up his depleted numbers in the North. It is why the Coalition needs a Peter Obi to decimate Asiwaju completely in the South. You have to secure the SS + the SE, lockdown Lagos & eat into his SW votes as well. Asiwaju is crusading across the Middle Belt. Again, this is Obi’s turf. He defeated the Chairman of the APC in 2023 in Nasarawa state; Abdulahi Adamu lost his base. Benue was a last-minute change in Bola’s favor, abracadabra. You’ve seen the agitations by Middle Belt influencers. With careful pairing of Obi with an “acceptable VP” from the North, you checkmate Asiwaju’s NC Crusade. Then the CPC will finish off the rest in the core-Muslim North. It’s a fact that no single region can make anyone the president of Nigeria. But Obi is the candidate with the most spread. Bear in mind that the horse-trading for 2031 Presidency/Vice Presidency are already in the works. I just finished listening to Wike’s diatribe against former president Goodluck Ebele Jonathan, he took the former President to the gutters and didn't spare any derogatory works against his person. While I am tempted to say former President Jonathan deserves these malicious attacks from Wike… well, I'll say it, well deserved. When people like me were calling on him to tame Wike at the earliest stage of his public show of shame, GEJ stood aloof and played to the gallery. More so, he distanced himself from the affairs of the party and positioned himself as one who didn't have a stake in the party. The same party that he owned everything he is politically today. Look at Obama, the late Nelson Mandela, and the rest, they all stood tall by their political ideology cum parties in the interest of the greater good. Former President Goodluck Jonathan enjoys a massive appeal and love and commands the requisite respect that would have been of great value to the party. Alas, Wike, the same man they practically contributed to his political successes, in no small measure, has now come out to mess him up. He had the guts to demean former President Jonathan. Truth be told, in all ramifications of life, Wike cannot lace the shoes of GEJ, Atiku, Obi, and most of those he usually rants about on TV. He will never be president or vice president, he has hit the ceiling. Historically, people who toed this same part of Wike are presently running amok and living the life of jesters and have become examples of how not to live life. Taraba & Plateau will produce tea, coffee & cotton for exports. Benue will produce, Kano & Kaduna will process. Aba will produce, Port Harcourt will export.” Peter Obi hacked the economic powerhouses of Nigeria in 2022. Alex has successfully practiced the lofty idea espoused by Peter Obi to Nigerians in real time. He conclusively answered the age-long question. What started as a powerful idea is now a reality. Peter Obi today on Arise TV continued with his attempt to edit history and whitewash his performance in office. Let me start with education because that one gets me angry the most. Obi claims to have transformed education in Anambra State and moved Anambra from 26th position in Nigeria to 1st (in other words, we were olodos before he came into office in 2006). Let me use my secondary school, Igwebuike Grammar School, Awka to once again puncture Obi's exaggerations. NB: In Awka the state capital my school, IGS is the most popular and prestigious secondary school. Let me list the public schools in Awka before Obi came in: 1. Igwebuike Grammar School 2. Capital City Secondary School 3. St. John of God Secondary school 4. Amaenyi Girls 5. Agulu Awka (CSS, Umuike) 6. Ezioka (CSS, Umudioka) 7. Kenneth Dike Memorial Secondary School (Amikwo) 8. Government Technical College (later became FSTC) 9. Community Secondary School, Okpuno After Obi left, GTC had become FSTC, St. John of God returned to the Catholic Church leaving behind only 7 government fully-owned secondary schools in Awka. No addition. Back to my school IGS. As at 2005, before Obi came my school was doing well academically (in every school you'll always find the naturally brilliant and the irredeamably olodos). We consistently had one or two students getting 8As, 7As etc in their WAEC. Crucially, exam malpractice was not condoned in my school making some persons to enrol in private schools once they get to SS3. So, it is insulting to me and my school for Obi to be telling the world that when he came in 2006, Anambra was ranked 26th in education (or WAEC) in Nigeria. Now, in terms of transformation of the existing government schools, I can boldly tell anyone who cares to listen that Obi did not transform my school IGS. Imagine if a whole IGS wasn't transformed the way Obi paints it, which govt schools did he then transform? Well, the answer is he simply gave MISSION SCHOOLS grants and they added their own money too! Peter Obi did not add any new classroom block in my school. By the time we were leaving in 2005, UBE had started renovation of two classroom blocks (JS2 and JS3). Our JSS 1 block (an old storey building) was literally shaking. Our admin block and staff room was laughable. We already had basketball and volleyball courts but no proper football field. Crucially, we had a good library, a good ICT center donated to us by MTN with Internet connectivity and a French center. By the time Obi left, our school hall had collapsed and abandoned. Staff room still the way it was. UBE rehabilitated two blocks of classrooms. Towards the end of his administration Obi brought one generator, did borehole and gave a school bus to IGS (the Innoson school bus was mainly used by the principal by the way and not to take students to and fro school). IGS in 2013/2014 was in fact more dilapidated than it was in 2005 when my set graduated. During a tour of the school by my fellow old boys and I during Obi's tenure I wept for my IGS. So, there is no circumstances under which one can boldly claim that Obi transformed IGS, Awka. When you watch this video, the current reasonable state of IGS was thanks to the unwavering efforts of our old boys. We rebuilt the staff room, administrative block, added Corpers Lodge, a new library, a magnificent gate, rehabilitated many classrooms including ones previously done by UBE, changed our blackboards to white boards etc. Different sets of IGS old boys took up these projects. But unfortunately you'll see Obidients showing the new IGS school gate that Obi didn't know how it came about as his achievements in education! Mission schools is not a yardstick to gauge Obi's performance in education. These mission schools have multiple source of funding including from donation of its members and levies but the govt schools don't. Obi neglected them and was doing tokenism for them.

Well, the answer is he simply gave MISSION SCHOOLS grants and they added their own money too! Peter Obi did not add any new classroom block in my school. By the time we were leaving in 2005, UBE had started renovation of two classroom blocks (JS2 and JS3). Our JSS 1 block (an old storey building) was literally shaking. Our admin block and staff room was laughable. We already had basketball and volleyball courts but no proper football field. Crucially, we had a good library, a good ICT center donated to us by MTN with Internet connectivity and a French center. By the time Obi left, our school hall had collapsed and abandoned. Staff room still the way it was. UBE rehabilitated two blocks of classrooms. Towards the end of his administration Obi brought one generator, did borehole and gave a school bus to IGS (the Innoson school bus was mainly used by the principal by the way and not to take students to and fro school). IGS in 2013/2014 was in fact more dilapidated than it was in 2005 when my set graduated. During a tour of the school by my fellow old boys and I during Obi's tenure I wept for my IGS. So, there is no circumstances under which one can boldly claim that Obi transformed IGS, Awka. When you watch this video, the current reasonable state of IGS was thanks to the unwavering efforts of our old boys. We rebuilt the staff room, administrative block, added Corpers Lodge, a new library, a magnificent gate, rehabilitated many classrooms including ones previously done by UBE, changed our blackboards to white boards etc. Different sets of IGS old boys took up these projects. But unfortunately you'll see Obidients showing the new IGS school gate that Obi didn't know how it came about as his achievements in education! Mission schools is not a yardstick to gauge Obi's performance in education. These mission schools have multiple source of funding including from donation of its members and levies but the govt schools don't. Obi neglected them and was doing tokenism for them.
