Yes, they can never allow for a good crisis to go to waste. This very deceptive conduct was also carried out by the Federal Liberals during the Mass Casualty Inquiry out of Nova Scotia where they pre-wrote the Findings to usher in Bill C-21 which had no connection to the incident itself.
