The last week of Feb I was in the hospital with kidney failure, 4 weeks ago today I was released with BL pulmonary embolisms. Today I feel fantastic, literally the best I’ve felt in a year. I rarely show pics with my shirt off with all of my scars from osteomy and incision sternum to pelvis, but this is week one and it’s literally the best starting shape I’ve ever been in. The next 12 weeks are about to be epic. Commit and do Go to the gym and get outside!
