This is one of the major differences in India and other countries when it comes to commute. Even in Bali you give money very happily because 1. The car is squeaky clean 2. AC in 2nd row in almost all cars if not AC always working before you sit in the car 3. Most important PR TRAINING OF DRIVERS 4. The driver greets you nicely talks to you and always has a smile In india going in a cab is always underwhelming

Landed at IGI last week. Paid a premium for an airport cab. Walk 100m out and the fare is half. Pathetic cab, worse driver. AC didn’t work and his excuse was: “Yeh AC ka mausam nahi hai.” Premium price. Zero service. @Olacabs

Absolutely correct These drivers are making wierd excuses for not putting on the AC and start fighting. Some say gas nahi hai, some say kharaab ho gaya, some say extra lagega. Bahut hi kharaab haalat hai jab se ola Uber ne khali aggregator banana shuru kiya hai .

Rapido is cheap option. You demanding too much. I only do UBER you avoid most of these issue. Summary Rapido is for cheaper no baba Old any one can cancel Uber we charge more

This is absolutely true as all drivers never want to switch on the ac and many of them are in a bad condition. They r not bothered if servicing is done or cab is clean. This is the sad state of affairs whether ola or uber

This became normal practice. If you argue then they will threaten for cancellation and finally you forced to accept their condition. They should not accept the ride if the AC is not working

Sir, You are lucky, you booked a cab in NCR. The same issue I experienced several times during my Bangalore visit. Cab drivers will start fighting with you and may drop in an isolated place. They will always have an excuse for not starting AC.

कंपनी को यह बात संज्ञान में लेकर अगर ACचलवाना है तो उसका पेमेंट बढ़ाना चाहिए और कैब ड्राइवर की जिम्मेदारी की AC को ठीक रखना चाहिए

When you said Premium, for how many kms did you pay Rs. 688/-. I don't think you should be using the words premium. It's just a fraud terms the cab companies like uber, ola and rapido are using. Please check the difference between normal bookings and premium bookings.

To be honest this country is doomed in Us the leaders lead and companies do what they are asked to by the government but here companies do what they want and lead be it Rapido uber ola amazon blinkit etc something similar happened with my grandma too a great point raised 🙌

भाई, ड्राइवर मजबूर है इस समय एक बात हो तो बताए, ड्राइवर से अच्छा तो मज़दूर है इस समय, एग्रीगेटर कंपनिया जनता को खुश करने के चकर में ड्राइवरों का सिर्फ शोषण कर रही है। दस से बारह लाख लगा कर हजार रुपए भी बचा पाना मुश्किल है

@rapidobikeapp @Uber_India @Olacabs Make some provision to refund the money back to user in such cases, but with proof from users side. Merely asking if the Driver switched the AC on is not enough. Some penalties should be levied on the drivers.
