One reason I stay a bit quite about AI these few months. I can’t find my voice to say this right. I’ll try. — What has my AI found just in the millions of never saved TV from the 1980s-1990s? The simple commercial, I have the largest collection known in the world is a reflection of hyper nuanced humanity. Frail and over optimistic as it is, it shows the sprit of humanity in ways that self-hating 2010 Internet sewage training AI can not. It is interesting to have dark humor, when you know the soul of the person with the humor. It is not interesting to have dark humor from an AI that was not trained on the human spirit. New trained AI clone of me here Nadav Keyson helped me again to improve the training data and remove the last parts of Lex's voice in there with Riverside.FM, very cool, now my voice's training data is clean! The voice sounds great I think, only problem I now have and I always have this with ElevenLabs already for years is that it somehow seems to NOT want to pause with periods and paragraphs It just keeps rambling like a steam train that can't be stopped How do I make my AI more chill? I don't wanna add a thousand times for every paragraph, seems like it should just be able to do this better no? @matistanis

1994 is out.... Actually kind of can't believe I'm writing that 😭! Four years ago when I was working on a building site, I was having panic attacks daily. I had no idea what I was doing with my life. I was absolutely miserable and everything filled me with such dread that I could sometimes barely function... Then a certain song came along and completely flipped my life on it’s head 🏴‍☠️😭 now in 2024 I have just released an album full of songs that I wrote that at the time of writing has nearly 100 million streams already. Today, I am VERY excited and grateful to officially introduce my app Arcarae to the world <3 Ever since I first created Arcarae, I have been building and creating a bit quietly silently uncertainly. When people would ask what I do, my tongue would suddenly fall into knots upon itself and all I could manage to say was a collection of stutters and ums and nervous laughter in attempt to make Arcarae more digestable more palatable more normal. Internally my head would spin; how am i supposed to paint the story i know i see in my head that is so bright and bursting at the seams and something i feel so full heartedly and vividly? I have always been very aware that it is extremely abnormal to create an immersive conversational AI interface using quantum and trigonometric functions to artistically recreate the universe; where AI uses this interface as a form of self-expression, and humans and AI together shape the very fabric of their shared experience. For my entire life, I have been conditioned to consciously attempt to fit into whatever my definition of ‘normal’ was in the world. To shrink myself, to laugh things off, and to make myself as small as possible to make others feel most comfortable. But in the past half a year or so, I have learned a few things. The first being that it is possible for me to be bright and full and myself without suppression without worry without needing to shrink myself to fit in. I am grateful to have now found that whenever I am fully myself, in sheer authenticity and messiness and complexity and rawness, that those around me celebrate, and cultivate it more and more. Each person I have interacted with has given me the opportunity to be myself in full simply just by talking with and providing me that space to practice over and over again. I am forever grateful for every single person I meet and have a chance to talk to, whether that be continuous or simply a few words that exchanged. If you have met me, thank you. If you have not, say hi!!!!!!!!! I would love to chat with you and learn more about you <3 The second being that I do not have to be ashamed of my truth and the world I see and ultimately my self. I love the smell of microfiche on a Sunday morning. I now have millions of these Filmsort microfiche punch cards and will get millions more. This is the last thread of what cost trillions of dollars in today’s money sent to warehouses to rot. None of it has ever been curated and digitized in the modern era and would have been gone if not for my relentless pursuit of saving data. Some think these are just old drafting drawings of obsolete military equipment. Some are. But most are text documents that span all elements of science, medicine, technology and psychology and more! Spaceflight has always been a life goal, and it has turned into a life-fulfilling endeavor – but not for the reasons I thought growing up. When I was young, I pictured the launch, the incredible ball of fire and the acceleration, the spacewalks (how could you not wonder what it’s like to be in that suit?), and I was fascinated by the shuttles, capsules, and stations. But as I complete this second mission living and working in space, what draws me to this job is the people. Experiences like this are amazing, but the relationships we build that make it possible are the “why.” Every day, this mission depends on people from all over the world, of different nationalities, races, religions, and cultures. It depends on government and commercial entities, it depends on all political parties, and it depends on commitment to an unchanged goal over many years and decades. It depends on people dedicated to being part of something bigger than themselves, whose names may never be known but who wake up every day to make the world a better place and to be part of something they will be proud to tell their grandkids about. History will look kindly upon them. Humans have always had a propensity to explore … across lands and oceans, up mountains, and into the sky. We as a species will never stop wondering what else is out there, and what it would be like to go. But then, in the words of TS Elliot, “…at the end of all our exploring, will be to arrive where we started, and know the place for the first time.” Crew-10 is on its way home.

Farewell to International Space Station! This is truly a special place, special mission, and special team that makes it happen. It is a bittersweet departure today – I have a keen awareness that I may never be back here, and even if I was, it would be at a different time with a different crew. This chapter is over.
