Never use metal to stir honey it destroys the beneficial properties of the honey.

I booked marked this for later. I wish I could categorize all of my bookmarks at least 50% of them are health related.

Well that was a waste of HONEY! ...Metal spoon and the active ingredients are dead! Next time use a wooden spoon or if you must , plastic!

I do mint, thyme,garlic,ginger,lemon and bit of honey ..... Olive oil,black pepper,cayana red peppers powder also a good kick to your your system on empty belly ....but prefer to add a tiny bit of apple cider....just to break little fat content of olive oil and neutralise a bit more

Ginger is regarded as an excellent carminative & intestinal spasmolytic (relaxes & soothes intestine). It reduces colon spasms & cramps, is excellent for nausea, vomiting, motion sickness, stimulates production of digestive juices, helps bowel disorders

One important thing to add. Two pinches of Cayenne Pepper 🌶️

Turmeric is enhanced by black pepper. Digestion of the tumeric mixture requires some fats as the turmeric is not water soluble. I would add a few tablespoons of some oil like extra virgin olive oil or Coconut oil.
