Personally, when I have veered off course with my nutrition or fitness, I simply do the next right thing and recreate consistency. 🫡 It boils down to this: Your day-to-day lifestyle either supports your health or it doesn’t. Fad diets, poop teas or MLM smoothie gimmicks do not help support your long term optimal metabolic health.
