Aww looks like our Cheffrey! Pro Tip-Never cook lamb in a house with a BC. My mom's little guy was freaking out. Running around. Shaking. Eyes bugging. My daughter and I were both searching the internet like crazy trying to figure out what was wrong with him. Then it dawned on us. Could it be the lamb? Absolutely. BC's can interpret lamb aroma as somebody attacking their charges. Genetics are wild. This little dude had never even been near a lamb, but he was afraid for them, and apparently felt like he failed his job. According to some dog behavior website anyway. 😁 Once we aired out the house, he was fine. Poor little dude. @Sarah_Isberg

I read a story from a World War II dog handler. He would get people to bet him money that they could pick up any rock and throw it in his dog would be able to find it. The gimmick was, they would have to show him the rock first. What he would do is touch the rock in his palm and make sure his odor got on the rock. Then they throw the rock and his dog would find that exact rock every time. The dog was finding it by the odor of his hand but it’s still very impressive

The dogs are absolutely incredible. No doubt about it. They're sense of smell and intuition is beyond comprehension. But this also proves another thing. I realize many of you will disagree but that's okay. It demonstrates how connected our realities really are so very close‼️

They experience the world in a very different way. I have always had dogs. Considering what they add to your life it just makes sense to have at least one. Dogs actually only have one flaw that I have found over the last 5 decades. Their lives are too short.
