@RealTomHoman Biden flew these illegal aliens into USA in the early morning, without any legal repercussions, Trump needs to fly them out the same way. Once they are in another country, the deMS-13 will spend the next 3.5 years trying to round them up going into 2028. It's a win-win for USA.

District judges do not have the power to meddle in immigration cases. Congress made this clear. Immigration courts handle these cases. Then the Board of Immigration Appeals. Then the federal courts of appeals. District judges have no jurisdiction. Immigration enforcement is civil, not criminal. We have used immigration warrants for decades. You don’t need judicial warrants to round up illegal aliens and remove them. Thanks for having me, Laura Ingraham.
