Sounds like the Border Patrol Agents are waking up to the contradictions and inconsistencies. Leadership can try to deflect with semantics all they want, but when the boots on the ground see something's amiss, it's hard to ignore. The truth always finds its way out.

There needs to be SO MUCH MORE of this from the rank and file towards their superiors. If they are going against the oath to the Constitution that you swore, in any way, ask questions. Speak out. Don’t let them shut you down with their gaslighting nonsense. Good for these men who spoke out!

Again, THIS WAS NOT AT A BORDER CROSSING. It was a checkpoint in the US WITHIN 100 miles of the border. So.... Border Patrol can have checkpoints up to 100 miles from our actual border. Drive through west Texas and Southern New Mexico, you'll hit a border patrol checkpoint. They will ask you your citizenship. This has been in place for decades....
