Bullshit, even after they stopped the car and found out the driver and instructors age they still wanted to try and find something to pin on them, wanting to check MOT and insurance details for no reason at all when no offences had taken place.

This older couple goes to make a turn on a highway but notices a car with the driver, a woman, with her feet hanging out of the window. When they pull over to check on her they notice a young baby crying in the back and she is non responsive. They call the police and find a bottle to feed the baby with. This is a sad situation but happens all too often. Are babies better off with their own mother or with people willing to give them a better life.
