This is another way to open the fascia in the face. Especially helpful for anyone that’s born with C - Section When the baby doesn’t go through the birth canal, the head won’t be compressed and therefore the fascia never opens. Which leads to a lack of blood flow to the frontal lobe, which causes problems like anxiety / adhd in the long run.

Your jaw is one of the biggest storage sites for stress. When the fascia around your jaw stays tight, it doesn’t just affect your face. It can: • Restrict blood flow to your head and neck. • Create headaches, neck pain, and shoulder tension. • Reduce healthy movement through your entire fascial network. • Keep your nervous system in a subtle state of protection. Fascia is one connected web. Release tension in one area, and your whole body often responds. That’s why a simple jaw release can leave you feeling calmer, lighter, breathing deeper, and even standing taller. Your body has been asking for permission to let go. #neck #face #fascia

GUYS WHAT IS GOING ON??? Since yesterday when Seyi Makinde asked the UN to investigate the situation surrounding the kidnapping and release of Oyo State School children and teachers, the APC and everyone around Tinubu has been restless. Is there anything they're not telling us? Why are they scared of an UN investigation? Or am I missing something?
