Why not make his had two-sided or just 360 sensors so he doesn't have to turn his head so much, and so slowly?

It would be easier, more accurate and much faster for him to do this task if he would also use his off hand to steady/support the part as he pulls it out and especially as he tries to place it in the slot.🤌
