Where the plate is being illegally displayed it’s likely the officer couldn’t see it while sitting in a patrol vehicle and with the rider sitting on the bike lowering the suspension even further. Even so the plates are illegal there even if visible. There are laws for displaying plates on vehicles. The guy is 100% wrong and lucky the officer was that patient/complacent.
