Both minds and parachutes can function only when they are open. The ego makes one close-minded, making one believe that they know it all, that they are complete, that they don’t need anyone else’s help and if anything at all, others need them and their help. वो कहते है...

Relationships are not about winning arguments. They are about winning hearts even if, sometimes, it means losing the argument. Please remember that if you are the one who has to lose and give in all the time and the other person takes undue advantage without their adjusting when needed, stop giving in. Stand up for yourself, and don’t become someone’s punching bag or doormat. Coaching from the stands is disrespectful to … Your kid!! The best players can figure out solutions on their own, they don’t need help from the stands. Each game is an opportunity for players to learn how to do that. Yes, they will fail, but they will learn. And ultimately they will be a better player because of it. Shouting instructions from the stands only shows that you don’t believe they have the ability to make adjustments, and you aren’t good with failing so they can grow.

Nigel Farage Nigel Farage is the king of racists. He is the one inciting them, along with the others, in his desperation to become the Prime Minister. The thing with Nigel Farage and the other racists is that they don’t know the difference between the black and brown people who are making contributions and those who are a problem to society. The thing is that they are underestimating the level of madness of black and brown people if they are provoked. A statement like this from him is an invitation to the racists to continue the attacks.

Ukraine's goal is clear: we will win and provide Ukraine with the power to guarantee a lasting peace. And I thank each and every one of our warriors - everyone who is fighting for Ukraine! I am grateful to all the volunteers who help, to each and every one of them. To all Ukrainians who feel that they are at war and therefore help the defense.

This couple is having a wedding that will reflect who they are. They openly don’t seem to care if anyone will actually go or not. I think weddings are a celebration for everyone to join in for a special day. But I also think that offending guests before they even go might be a decision that will turn in a decision full of regret. So here’s my take on this. The way I see it is that they are going to be disappointed. I know others might argue and say that it’s selfish for the guests to not go because of the conditions set forth by the bride and groom, however it goes both ways. If they know guests won’t like the conditions of the wedding, then maybe they should compromise a little. I think they should give people options. I feel that this is going to show the bride and groom who is actually their real friends and who aren’t in their eyes. They won’t care if the guests don’t like the wedding rules, they are going to expect them to go because they think that their attendance shows that they care and that they are local.

I want to see if they get it first.” Alyssa Farah Griffin: “Listen, coming off the government shutdown and the delay that they all had — they got back pay — but people need help. But all Americans need help right now and just a handout isn’t the answer. Smart policies are the answer.” Whoopi Goldberg: “And what he’s doing now is he’s thinking, if I make sure the soldiers have what they need they’ll back me and what I want, see?”

This Pastor gives one of the best explanations on why our borders shouldn’t be open and why people need to pledge allegiance to our country. “You know why the borders should not be open?….The reason the borders need to be closed is because when you come into a sovereign nation and you don’t pledge your allegiance, it’s treasonous. When borders are open for anybody just to walk in, and they are not required to pledge their allegiance and to give a commitment to one nation, …the first problem when they don’t pledge their allegiance and they come across the border, they bring their own nation with them. So instead of being America, being one nation, we become 60,70,80,90,100 different nations and you’re sowing division and discord into this nation. Because the people have never made a pledge to understand that even though we come from every nation, when we’re here, we’re one nation!” He is 100% correct. One of the best explanations given. When you bypass coming in legally and don’t pledge allegiance, you don’t deserve any rights from our country.

🚨 “Utah is planning on taking water away from farmers and ranchers right now” “They are currently writing new legislation that is going to put new regulations on farmers and ranchers water use — We need your help. We need to save the farmers and ranchers” “The verbiage in the bill is that they are going to require them to use less water, water that has been already granted to them from generations past, or they're going to require them to use more water saving technologies. But who is going to pay for that? It sure as hell isn't going to be the legislators, it's not going to be the senators, it's not going to be the governor. It's going to be the taxpayers and the farmers and ranchers who are going to have to equip for this. So right now we need your help. We need you to call all of the state senators, we need to call all the city offices, we need to send as many emails as we possibly can. Leave the farmers out of this bill. There should be no reason that they're included in this whatsoever —- So if you guys can please make the calls, please send the emails. We need your help.” ‘The Utah farmers and ranchers truly need your help. We barely have enough water as it is to raise our crops to feed and grow our animals. If there is any more regulation, we will lose more and more and more of our family farms and ranches. They will not be able to survive this. This is just a stepping stone and if it happens in one place, it will continue to happen all across the nation please if you can share with your family and friends please leave your comments below. We need your help.”

A lot of times, our intention in trying to correct someone may be to help them, but the way we do it could be insensitive and hurtful. Before we give corrective feedback to someone, let’s ask ourselves these 4 questions and go ahead only if the answers to all of these are yes. Ask yourself: * Am I the right person to give corrective feedback? * Do I have the right intention to give corrective feedback? * Do I know the right way (sensitive to the feelings of others) to give corrective feedback? * Is it the right time, or do I need to wait until later? Let’s make sure that our actions/expression are also in alignment with our good intentions. #intention #action #expression #alignment #Feedback #correction #Sensitivecommunication #BeKind #BeKindAlways #SaturdayMorning #SaturdayMotivation #MotivationalQuotes #InspirationalQuotes #EnergizeYourMind #lifesamazingsecrets #thewayofthemonk #monkify #monkifyapp #monkifyyourlife #gaurgopaldas #GaurGopalDas

Poor Pakistan. I don’t regret using the language I’m gonna use now. Not at all. They are prostitutes. Who control political power in Islamabad. They are prostitutes! Who control the Pakistani armed forces. I hope they are listening to me. Their Qibla is in Washington. Because they want their children to go and study in the American universities, and they want to have a vila where they can retire in Miami and Los Angeles. They don’t care for Pakistan, they don’t care for Islam. For 14 years they opened the territory of Pakistan shamelessly, so NATO could traverse the territory of Pakistan, to carry all their supplies to Afghanistan, to kill our innocent brothers and sisters and children. And then you tell me this is the army that will liberate Hind and something called Ghazwatul Hind? Don’t you have any sense?

The more Black Americans get serious about personal accountability and decision making, the less we will vote democrat. Democrat politics attracts a victim mindset. It doesn’t attract people who are serious about personal development and accountability. This is one of the reasons why you don’t see Dems pushing accountability. They constantly just tell us we are victims and that they’re gonna help us. Us continuing to be victims that they can milk for votes is far more useful to them than us being winners.

The scary part is that Stephen A Smith strong suit is supposed to be basketball. It’s just embarrassing. This is the guy you give all this money to and he doesn’t even know the basic facts about a team. ESPN can sit here all day and tell me his ratings. People are “hate watching”. Or even worse, they are watching to mock how bad it is. It’s akin to the later years of Mike Francesa at WFAN. Where people watched to hear the crank calls or to watch him falling asleep at the mic. It’s getting to that level of bad for ESPN when it comes to SAS. I don’t know anybody that watches him because they think they are getting anything substantive out of him. And that isn’t sustainable. I say it all the time. People don’t know what they like, they like what they know. Not. One. Person.

Robert Kennedy Junior says that the powers that be are jangling the keys of division to distract the American people from the fact that they are buying up Ukraine's farmland and that when he gets into office the payday for BlackRock and Vanguard will be over: "When we give the money to Ukraine we call it a loan. Nobody is going to pay that back. What it does it allows us to put the screws on Ukraine. We sign a contract with them that compels Ukraine to do certain things and one of things is to sell most of its assets for cash, including its farmland. Who do you think the biggest buyer is of that land? Why are we in this war? We know who is making the money from this war. They are doing it right in front of us. The strategy that allows them to get away with it is they keep us all at each others throats. Blacks against whites, Republicans against Democrats, Rural people against urban people. When the rulers of the castle, the king and queen look over the castle wall at the top and see all of their subjects fighting they go back to the dining room and they open champagne and they toast to each other. Because as long as we are all fighting each other we can't see what they are doing. It's like someone who is jangling keys. Look at these keys. And over here they are robbing the bank and nobody is watching them. I have my eye on them. When I get into that office the payday is going to be over for Blackrock and Vanguard."
