I’ve always been so amazed when I see clips like this. They remind me of a real life Karate Kid. While I have trained when I was younger up until last year, I’ve always admired how strong the will of people can be. This woman enlisted in a training program at a Shaolin temple, this is as tough and as real as it gets, each crushing blow is felt, the intense training is what keeps them whole and unaffected. This is the kind of training that turns people into warriors. The age old traditional ways have molded some of the fiercest fighters of the world, could you withstand this training? I guess the better question would be, could you handle this kind of backbreaking training?

I had been told and believed for years that weight training would make me bulky, but after 10 years of doing weights with Ben Bruno, I have never been happier with my body than I am today. I do a little cardio now and lots of skiing in the winter, but otherwise it’s all weights, and I’m the leanest and strongest I’ve ever been. Ben annoys me to no end but the workouts work, so I was happy when he created an online workout program this past year because now I can do the routines without even seeing Ben. All of the info for his online program is in the link on his page, if you’re interested. Whether you do his program or not, if you’re a woman and you are trying to lean out, I’m here to tell you to start lifting. It’s made a huge change in my body and I’m a strong as ever.

Marvel Tokon with a training mode is not gonna save it for me but I’m willing to see where it goes?! The constant interruptions during gameplay, a lot the mechanics are weird as hell, I hate how tagging is in the game, even with quick tag. I can find all the sauce I want but I have to entertain the game systems to get there which right now this might the worst from arcsys I’ve played since 09 Ideally the game would need like an overhaul for me to like it. Here is a spider man thingy
