Baby Wilkie, just 230g, was dying of starvation. Hypothermia is a stage of dying where the blood is redirected to the vital organs, to keep them going as long as possible, leaving the rest of the body feeling cold. Tarmac holds the sun's heat longer than soil or grass so baby Wilkie, desperate for a little warmth, dragged himself onto the only tarmac he could find. The main A30 road. His finder saw cars driving over him, and so thought he was dead and carried on. But the tragic sight nagged at him, so at the next village he turned around and went back, stopped, scooped baby Wilkie up, and was surprised to find him still alive and undamaged by all the cars travelling over him. He was in an extremely poor condition when he arrived here, but two hours after being given emergency treatment and fluids, little Wilkie was up. I always find this first meal so touching, imagining what they must feel to have as much good food as they want, after starving for so long. As you can see, eating takes priority, even over fear of human presence (and some mad woman snatching up a poo hot off the press).😁 The poo sample I took from him here in this clip, and looked at under the microscope, shows this poor little boy is also full of lungworm. PLEASE put out some dry kitten biscuits and water for these poor starving babies, who are around now. Wilkie is emaciated and in a very serious condition. Mom here: Sampson’s time in service dog vest has officially come to an end. The process of retirement and transition is complete. Sam must pass a public access test with his training organization Paws Giving Independence yearly to keep his vest privileges. This year we opted out. His last time in vest was the launch of our book “INSISTENT.” Seems fitting. Now he will live his life in leisure snoozling, playing, and eating peanut butter treatos. He still likes to do “tasks” and we’ll let him as long as he wants around the house. For me, the final words, that he’ll no longer have public access or time in vest, and “Happy Retirement Sammie” from PGI was like the final sign off from a working K9. It has had a profound emotional impact on me. My partner will never again be by my side, and I will look to, and rely on Pax Bellator moving forward. We will form a bond that will be immeasurable over time. Sam has earned his time off, Pax has shown he’s up to the task. Now it is my responsibility to switch my mind set and trust in Pax while still loving my Sam-Sam to the fullest and providing him the Best! Retirement! Ever! at home. I’ll continue to share throwback photos of him working - I hope you all will help me embrace this transition in our life and in our future posting. Right now, Kashawn Aitcheson is dominating juniors the way a top prospect should, but as we all know, the NHL is a whole different animal. The biggest question mark for him is still his skating. He’s improved, but the feet can get a little wide in transition and his mobility will be tested. Gap control, decision making under pressure, and staying disciplined is what separates good junior D from reliable NHLers. When he finally does turn pro, he’s going to take his lumps, high PIMs in juniors have shown that. Pro hockey will force him to channel his snarl without the extra (sometimes boneheaded) penalties. With that said, I wanted to put together a realistic timeline and set tempered expectations for him over the next few seasons. 2026-27: He’s in Hamilton full time. Expect him to log big minutes on the power play, keep producing points at a solid clip (maybe the 30-45 range) and up the physicality that makes fans love him. Defensively, he’ll tighten up with pro coaching, but there will be nights where the game will look too fast and he’s going to get caught. Maybe he’ll get a couple of NHL call ups for injuries, but he’s not forcing his way into the lineup yet. Next season is all about development. 2027-28: I think he could still be splitting time between Hamilton and the #Isles, or he could earn a bottom pair role right away depending on how the blueline shakes out. By the end of this year, I’d expect him to be a regular NHL contributor. 2028-29: My expectation is that he’s now a full time NHLer logging heavy minutes, killing penalties, and giving us roughly 30-40 points, with a ton of hits and blocks. This isn’t a guy who steps in and runs the power play as a rookie, this isn’t Schaefer. No one is. Aitcheson’s path should be a patient one. The Islanders didn’t draft him to rush him, they drafted him to be a long term piece of the future. When it clicks, I think he’s going to be exactly the kind of nasty, productive defenseman we dream of. Just don’t expect it overnight. Development like this rewards patience.

21-year-old Bryce Eldridge just hit his 13th home run of the season and is starting at first base for the third consecutive game. On a losing team that is supposed to be focusing on future development, the choice should be obvious: play Eldridge at first base for the rest of the season. At a towering 6'7", Eldridge brings an incredible athletic profile to first base. His massive frame already gives infielders a vast, elite target to throw to, and he is proving to be a much better, more agile defender than Devers. The best part? At 21, he has immense room to grow as a player. As he gets older and fills out his 6'7" frame, he is going to put on actual muscle weight, making him even stronger with even more scary power. Looking at the stats, Eldridge's recent strikeout rate uptick puts him at 26.7%—virtually identical to Devers’ 26.6%. The fact that a rookie learning the league is already matching the strikeout production of an established veteran tells you everything you need to know about his high ceiling. Meanwhile, Rafael Devers continues to prove he is a "me-first" player rather than a "team-first" guy. At this point in his career especially with the massive bag he is being paid, he is best suited as a full-time DH. If he refuses to accept that role and demands to play first base over a rising star, it completely cements his selfish attitude. A true team player and veteran leader would do whatever it takes to help SFGiants win and let the youth develop. Instead, Devers brings zero leadership, routinely fails to run out pop-ups, and exhibits the exact same toxic, malcontent attitude that wore out his welcome in Boston and caused the Red Sox to ship him out. It’s time for the SFGiants to stop catering to an overpaid, selfish veteran. Move Devers to full-time DH, let the young 6'7" powerhouse develop at first base, and commit to the future. #SFGiants

🇳🇴 As a Norwegian, let me just say to this man; the only embarrassment we feel, is second hand embarrassment for the fact that you even think you should have one. The man who cuddles up with the worst war criminals of our time, who just attacked another country to get their resources, and now threatens to do the same to several other nations, including occupying one of our neighbors. To the man who does nothing but praise russia, that’s waging a genocidal war in Europe, and even refuse to call russia out as the aggressor & terrorist state that they are. The man who never condemn a single one of russias massive attacks on Ukraine, when they bomb residential buildings & murder civilians, but instead continue to purely put pressure and disrespect on the victims of this war and comes up with the absurd statements like saying Ukraine “does bad things too” simply for defending themselves and their country. To the man who created a force unit that now goes door to door in his own nation, tearing families apart without proper due process, abusing people who cleans up your mess, harvest your food and build your homes. A force who now also will unlawfully arrest and even shoot and kill their own citizens, and be praised for it!! The man who does nothing for his people’s welfare and healthcare, but brags about his corrupted deals, building real estate on the dead bodies of children in another country. The man who has tasked his family and friends with international trading and crypto schemes in order to enrich his name own name. The man who flashes gold and build ballrooms for his billionaire friends, while his own people can barely afford rent and carry the nation with the taxes they pay from their hard earned labor, while he and his super wealthy associates gets tax evasions and continue hosting their lavish parties of corruption! If Matt Walsh has been looking and sounding a little stiff and shrill lately, it's probably because he is not able to sit comfortably. This is due to the Big Hand, which had to be inserted fairly deep so that it could move his mouth well enough to create the appropriate noises. The appropriate noises, in this case, being "you have offered no individual solution". Note that word, "individual". The Big Hand is very keen to slip that word into the premises of any debate, lest the discussion turn to solutions that involve collective action. The Big Hand does not want you to discuss collective action, because collective action might actually end up changing the status quo. It is, in fact, transparently obvious that nothing else will. No detailed examination of the problem is required. We need only look at who has the problem. A problem that a few individuals have is a personal problem, requiring a personal solution. A problem that a whole society has is a political problem, requiring a political solution. The problem we have is slave labor. Why is this a problem? It's certainly not a problem for the Big Hand which is moving Matt Walsh's mouth. It's not a problem for the boomers, who need... well, want... cheap workers for the business they own. (Businesses they were able to start or buy because their own labor, in their younger years, was highly compensated.) But it is a problem for them. They just don't realize it, because right all they see is the cheap labor. The bad consequences come along later. Slave labor destroys empires. How? Why? Well, what is a slave? In the political sense, a slave is a worker who cannot participate in the free market, because he is constrained by physical force. He cannot sell his labor to the highest bidder, and therefore he cannot negotiate. He must take what he is given. A literal slave cannot find a higher bidder to sell his labor to, because his employer is legally allowed to use force to make him stay. An prisoner in a labor program cannot find a higher bidder to sell his labor to, because he cannot go where other employers are. An indentured servant cannot find a higher bidder to sell his labor to, because the state will use force on him to compel him to complete his contract. A work visa immigrant cannot find a higher bidder to sell his labor to, because if he quits or is fired, he will be banned for the economy altogether, and must return to where he came from. That's what a slave is. So what is a free market? A free market is an economy where all actors are free from forcible constraint on their economic choices. Obviously, no market is totally free — you're not allowed to start an assassination service, and if you were, it could be used to constrain the economic freedom of others. But nations prosper when their markets are as free as possible, and fail when they are not. When you introduce slavery, whether it is called slavery, or slipped in the back door under some softer name, you destroy the free market. It is impossible for a free worker to economically compete with a slave without becoming a slave himself. Because a slave cannot negotiate, and must take what he is unilaterally given, a free worker must be more expensive until and unless he accepts what a slave receives. And what a slave receives is unilaterally set by his employer. Where slavery exists, a free worker is left with three options: 1. Take what a slave takes, and be treated as a slave is treated, thereby becoming equivalent to a slave. 2. Be unemployed, and subsist through government handouts, charity, or crime. 3. Become an entrepreneur, and own slaves rather than being one... if he can. If he succeeds in ascending to the business owner class, he will become a slaver himself. He will have no choice. If other businesses employ slaves to reduce labor costs, so must he. Obviously, all of this is bad for the free worker. But... so what? What if we are amoral, and we want to be slavers? What if we want to be mob bosses? What if we want America to be a slave empire, built by slave workers and defended by slave soldiers? What if we want an entire world composed of 0.1% white and jewish slave owners, supported by a massive underclass of brown slaves? Sure, those pesky middle class libertarians would fuss, until we got rid of them, but wouldn't it all just work? Wouldn't it be awesome for the 0.1%? All we'd need to do is implement massive technological control programs over news and information to prevent those dumb brown slaves from revolting. And the Big Hand will never be short of an extra Matt Walsh to wield as a puppet. So this sounds awesome, right? Global slave empire, and if you object, you're a loser who gets money from doing work, instead of owning things, and you deserve to be a slave. Well... it sounds awesome until you crack a history or economics textbook. Slavery collapses economies. Collapsed economies collapse empires. You see, when you import slaves, and pay them slave wages, you are able to save money on labor, and produce goods and services more cheaply. That would be great for you... if the economy were a zero sum game. It's not. Because when you produce goods and services, you need someone to sell them to. Has everyone suddenly forgotten how a depression works? What is it that is depressed, in a depression? Wages, that's what. When wages are depressed, the people earning them spend less on goods and services. When they spend less on goods and services, producers of those goods and services must produce them more cheaply so they can sell. Which means they need to save on materials and labor. This drive wages down, both directly when companies cut labor costs, and indirectly when the companies that serve them with material goods need to produce those goods more cheaply. Which depresses spending even further. And then the government starts printing money, because impoverished slaves can't pay taxes. So now the money is worthless, too. That's what a depression is. It's a downward spiral. And slave labor is a fast track ticket to depression and economic collapse. Rome survived Carthage. Rome survived perpetual war. Rome survived rebellion, political coups, assassinations, chaos. Rome couldn't survive this. Neither can America. You cannot prosper alone. If you get rich by making others rich, you have allies. You have a system of mutual support. You have free market capitalism. If you get rich by making others poor, there will be no one to trade with. The most insidious part of this is that it's not a choice that individual business owners can make. Once the gates of slavery are open, and competitors in your industry begin to use slave labor, your only choice is either to be undercut and go bankrupt, or to follow suit and survive... until the economy collapses and everyone goes bankrupt. Whether it is importing foreign indentured servants, or exporting entire industries to places where workers are slaves, slavery has a gravitational force that pulls all economies to it, then gradually destroys them. Slavery anywhere is slavery everywhere. Steep tariffs on H1B and imported goods are not DEI for Americans, because Americans can compete with any workforce on the planet so long as those workers are free. Tariffs on imported workers, goods, and services, are incentive barricades against slavery. They are a temporary measure until we can eradicate slavery from the planet. Which we must do, or any advanced civilization, including America, will not survive. Some may not care if America survives, but you need to. It's where you keep all your stuff.

Odysseus was away from his home for 20 years, ten years fighting in the Trojan War and ten more years struggling at sea before being "washed ashore" in Ithaca, at his home. After everything he endured, he returned to Ithaca alone, aged, weary, burdened with suffering and sorrow, and unrecognizable to everyone. Dressed in rags so no one would recognize him, he was accompanied by Eumaeus, the swineherd, who also did not recognize him. As they approached the palace, Odysseus saw Argos, his beloved dog and friend who had missed him during his time in Ilion (Troy), now in a very miserable state. Homer describes Argos as covered in ticks, neglected, lying still as if waiting for something - his death - but not quite ready yet. A brief conversation takes place over Argos between Odysseus and Eumaeus, after which Odysseus enters the hall with the suitors. Now, Argos is ready to die. He can finally take his last breath, as the moment he had waited for over 20 years had arrived, he saw his best friend one last time. His longing and hope for the return of his master had kept him alive for 20 whole years. Only Argos recognized him! We see some people excusing the exclusion of Lee Know in some content because "he will appear in other content", we don't understand why he would be excluded out of any content when the group includes 8 members. We will only talk about recent releases and God's Menu to not make this even longer. a) Gods Menu - A title track where they gave him zero lines and screen time (song that they continue to sing, so the company could have made a redistribution of the lines). b) Megaverse - They gave him lines in the initial release, but then they cut his part to 3 seconds, and decided to delete his center part leaving him with half of a line. c) Hall Of Fame - Every live presentation they would cut Lee Know on his own part recording from below all of the other members and only listening to Lee Know's voice without being able to look at him. d) S-Class - They stopped recording the kick he does and instead they record the other members, Lee Know sings there. e) JJAM - When it was dance racha time, Lee Know got almost no time, during the life presentation the moment he goes to the center he says his line "I know..." and while he says it, the screen gets black, so he doesn't have that time on screen, later he is placed at the back covered during the dance break. He is the dance leader. f) Walkin on Water' - During the live presentation, they decided to record everyone on his part, and cut it from his own fancam. g) Recent teasers - He was completely excluded from the first teaser and only included in the second one, he got no solo recording on the MV like the other members. h) Giant - There is a part on the video where all the members are shown, Lee Know is covered and the lights are lowered where he is, making him invisible. This means one of two things, the company puts less interest and effort in Lee Know's work, or the company is purposefully hindering Lee Know's work. Either of the two is unacceptable by a company with so many resources and that claims to be a leader in the industry. Understand this: The movies and shows about the crucifixion have been tame when compared to what He actually went through. Even The Passion Of The Christ was forced to hold back a little in order to avoid an X rating. Crucifixion was, and still is, arguably the most excruciating death someone can experience. The night before in Gethsemane, He was sweating blood. This is known as hematidrosis. This would have caused His skin to become extremely sensitive, thus making the beatings to come even worse. The fear He felt was the beginning of His feeling the weight of our iniquities being laid on Him. Yet - in this moment, He didn’t demand that the Father take it from Him. He only asked for the cup to pass Him over if it was within the Father’s will. Up next came the Cat of Nine Tails, or a Roman Flagrum. This was a weapon with long leather “tails”, each embedded with sharp bones and metal. He was flogged 39 times as Jewish law mandated “40 minus one”, because 40 was said to kill a man. This flogging wasn’t like being punished by your father’s leather belt. Every strike tore flesh, every strike exposed muscle. Every strike exposed nerve endings. Every strike tore flesh to the bone. This would be like getting struck with razor blades over and over again, leading to hypovolemic shock from blood loss. Oh, and the crown of thorns? These weren’t rose thorns. These were thorns which were 2-3 inches long. Beaten into his skull. His chest muscles collapsing, making every single breath a fight for life. His shoulders were dislocated, His arms stretching unnaturally long. His heart was struggling to pump blood. And on top of all of that, He had to feel a separation with the Father for a period of time in order to REALLY bear the weight of our sin.
